downloading windows version

I'm not able to download from this link on the page:

   ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/windows/emacs/20.7/emacs-20.7-bin-i386.tar.gz

I think it's not finding the file.

Please let me know how I can download and install Emacs for Windows.

(I will move to Linux at some point - really.)
