Environment:
Emacs 21.3 w32 msw98 in a buffer loaded with a .htm file and with
autoviewing toggled on I get:
browse-url-default-windows-browser: ShellExecute failed: The system cannot
find the file specified.
after saving the buffer back to the file. Toggled off there is no error.
What file is Emacs unable to find?
