SessionPersistence setup w/ Aquamacs & Drew Adams' emacs-init.el file

My configuration: Macintosh 10.4, Aquamacs 1.1, Drew Adams' emacs-
init.el

Looking for information to configure Aquamacs to automatically recover
its state (windows, frames, size, position; cursor postion, etc.) when
Aquamacs was last shutdown or failed.  I would like all windows to
reappear as they were (size & position, or iconified w/ size &
position).  It would be great to have Aquamacs recall the windows from
bottom to top, so that they were in the exact same "order" as before.
