Sure, it was tried with emacs -Q on Gnu/Linux Debian. GNU Emacs 27.0.50
(build 1, x86_64-pc-linux-gnu, GTK+ Version 3.24.5) of 2019-10-14

system-configuration-features is a variable defined in ‘C source code’.
Its value is
