I mean very mechanically is fine, no linguistics or anything.

So this

"'This sentence is spoken by Mr. W. E. B Dubois, Esq.!' played
through amazon.com alexa speakers?"

would be

("'" "This sentence is spoken by Mr" "." "W" "." "E" "." "B
Dubois" "," "Esq" "." "!" "'" "played through amazon" "."
"com" "alexa "speakers" "?")
