And nothing should! Radauth sends an _authentication_ request.
Only _accounting_ requests trigger some interaction with DB.
See the documentation for more info. In short, authentication
requests only require a confirmation on whether a user is allowed
to login. Accounting request mark the start and the end of a
session. A real NAS first sends an authentication request. If
the server acknowledges the request, then the NAS initiates the
user session and sends the server the first accounting request --
a session start request.
