[Help-gnu-radius] radwho and strange ID message

Hi again list,

Does anyone know why radwho would not report all of the current logins?

$ radwho | wc -l
    313

when there is approx 800 ports in use.

Also, I'm getting these messages in the logs (not for every user, just
quite often from a cisco 5400 NAS).

Feb 14 13:55:41: [22360]: Acct.error: logout: entry for NAS XX.XX.XX.XX
port 94 has wrong ID (expected 0054ABF9 found 0054EF7D)
