There doesn't seem to be many lost packets... the NAS's only report a
couple a day lost, and authentication seems to work 100% of the time.

97% of the requests come from 2 identically configured AS5400's, and
there are entries in `radwho` from both (plus from the other 3%).
There seems to be no pattern to the missing requests. Should I blame
the NAS software?
