[Help-gnu-radius] Correct - Accounting with Mysql error

Hello All!


I installed GNU-Radius with Mysql Accouting and it´s working very good except 
when users disconnect from the NAS. 
Radius doesn´t log when user disconnets.
The fields acct_session_time, acct_input_octets, acct_output_octets and 
connect_term_reason keep empty with value equal to "0".

There are two erros found on radius.log file.

(The first error)
When this error occurs radius (logs) the disconnection

Jun 03 14:47:21: Acct.error: logout: login entry for NAS 200.164.x.39 port 438 
not found
Jun 03 14:47:21: Acct.warning: stat_update(): portno 438: can't find nas for IP 
200.164.x.39


(The second error)
When this error occurs radius (doesn´t log) the disconnection

Jun 03 14:47:20: Acct.error: logout: login entry for NAS 200.249.x.21 port 80 
not found
Jun 03 14:47:20: Acct.warning: SQL gapel (2003060317543429555) 0 rows changed

What is wrong?
