[Help-gnu-radius] snmp network config format?

I'm trying to configure the snmp daemon in the radius config file.  
However, I can't figure out what the correct format should be for the 
'network' line.  The docs are vague to the extreme.

Can someone give me a sample snmp block with a network statement that works?
