[Help-gnucap] Increasing order unclear

says: "The values of x must be in increasing order."

But it's not clear if it's allowed to have multiple values for the same
x. Wikipedia doesn't have a term "increasing order". The example doesn't
give a resolution to this question either.

I think it should be clarified in the documentation. It also means whether
it's possible to have square wave source with infinitely sharp edges.
