I don't think so, for example we don't support any audio devices at
the moment, making voice recognition quite difficult :)
Anyway, a priori I don't see any reason at all why you should focus on
the Hurd for such a project. From your short description it sounded
like this application could be written in a rather portable fashion
and be supported on a number of targets. If you want any audience at
all you would naturally want to focus on the common platforms
initially, and this would be GNU/Linux.
