Hi,
After reading both Nodes of `info make`, I have a speculation that
cannot find confirmation in the doc: when the target is a nonexistent
file, Empty recipe also implies it is a Force target, do I understand it
right?
And literally & in practice, does "No recipe" equals to "Empty recipe"?
