Pi is defined as "3.1400"

octave-3.6.2.exe:9> pi
pi =  3.1400
octave-3.6.2.exe:12> [txy, W] = tfestimate (x, y, [], [], 10);
octave-3.6.2.exe:13> w1 = W*2*pi;
octave-3.6.2.exe:14> max(w1)
ans =  3.1400

He has a variable in his workspace pi == 3.14.
