Actually, I found out that I don/t have the *most* updated packaged of
odepkg. It is 0.8.4, and I have 0.8.2. That is the reason that ode23s
isn't there. I found the .tar.gz file, but I don't know how to make the
dldsolver.oct file so I'm going to pass on this for a while.
Rescaling the problem seems to work correctly so I'll continue down that
path.
