Hi,

 

I have installed the application on linux. But if I run the application the GUI is not opening. Can you please help in fix this issue.

The tarball contains the source code, you need to build (compile) the application before you can launch it.
Instructions on how to compile are included in the tarball in the file named 'INSTALL'. If you do not want to compile the application yourself you may check whether your distribution includes a binary package for Octave 4. As far as I know recent Debian distros will have one, don, know about others.
