Hi Tatsuro,I have upload 64 bit binaries of octave-4.0.1 for windows (release 3). http://www.tatsuromatsuoka.com/octave/Eng/Win/ Thanks for providing this installer! During the installation process my anti virus software (Avira Virus Free, virus definitions Version 8.12.81.246) gave five alerts related to .\share\nsis\Plugins\nsExec.dllAll of them matched the generic detection scheme "TR/Crypt.XPACK.Gen5". I checked them all using www.virustotal.com and none of the 56 scanners used there except for Avira and, in case of VPatch.dll, McAfee detected malware. The result from McAfee is "BehavesLike.Win32.Virut.lm", which also sounds generic to me. I decided to ignore the alerts. Maybe other users find this report useful. Thanks again for your efforts, Martin |
