    If you need to be able to do it right now, @math{\circ} will give
    you the TeX output, although the other formats will lose.  Have to
    define a format-dependent @macro to get those too.

I'll read the macro-related chapter in GNU Texinfo manual to figure
out how to do this.  Thanks for the suggestion!
