4.13a which I am using is the latest version available on the
http://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/texinfo/?C=M;O=A site. Has there been any further
release? Where do I get the latest sources? I am a newbie into the world of
open source (especially getting the source). I am unable to use git, csv,
svn for some reason. Could you help me out here?
