I looked at it shortly, there were two problems. One problem was
fixed, however one problem is still there (the error you are pointing
to), which is likely caused by how we do a checkout from a local clone
of the repository.

Not really, I need to find some time to look at this properly and fix
it. I expect it to be fixed before the end of the week.
