Hi Glenn,

I think I will re-implement the Bazaar plugin for Hydra. It seems that
the bzr branch + bzr pull + bzr checkout is too fragile. After
skimming the bazaar documentation, I think we can just poll for the
latest revision remotely via 'bzr revno' and then do a 'bzr checkout
--lightweight'. Do you think this will work for the emacs build?

There is a NixOS sprint next week in Slovenia, I will implement it
there. Will let you know when it is up.
