Hello,
sorry for reacting so late, I did not notice the answer for some time..

huge package to compile.
You don't have to recompile MidiShare. MidiShare can be installed on Mac or
Windows as a shared library that can be accessed by the application.
I noticed this. This is fine for now, but I'd like to be able to
remove this dependency alltogether later, not that I dont like
MidiShare ;-), but I'd dont need it for my project...
I understand that midi is used as input to
iiwusynth. Our project does not use midi input. Is it possible to
isolate the midi input from the iiwusynth engine ? (theoretically and
>>in practice ?)
The is Player library that could be use for this purpose (or course that
need to install MidiShare)
(...)
I managed to remove all dependencies on midi input (midi_handler and
midi_driver), by adding a #define at some places. I will commit this
some time soon.
Thanks for your notes, Stephane,
Antoine
