Perhaps what is needed is a group of "Sather Maintainers"
who would collectively carry the ball. That way, time constraints
on one would not harm the overall progress.
The Gwydion Dylan project is set up along similar lines, so
anyone with CVS write access can update the homepage and so
forth.
