Preparing 0.19 MV3-compatible experimental release

As discussed in the first part of our today's meeting with Libor,  our immediate plan is for me to:

1. Fix the outstanding bugs ASAP (within this week)
   
2. Tag the HEAD of mv3 as the 0.19 release, like in https://pagure.io/JShelter/webextension/releases
3. Push the 0.19 commits and create the release builds using https://pagure.io/JShelter/webextension/c/30aac1f497eb40337c593f98b4d5a57ae97a3fd6?branch=main as a template
4. Publish the 0.19 release on Chome and Mozilla stores.

Please let me know if I'm missing something.
