The recommended way to install this release candidate (at least with Linux
systems) is with the installer.pl script in the root of the tarball.   I'm
interested in hearing of any problems with installer.pl.


Here's a summary of changes since RC2:

-  The installer.pl will prompt you to install the sample data if you are
   primarily looking to test/play with Koha.

-  Another change in RC3 is that installer.pl no longer requires two ip
   addresses.  It uses the port method and defaults to putting the OPAC on
   port 80, and the INTRANET/LIBRARIAN on port 8080.

-  System preferences defaults:  acquisitions now defaults to 'simple' and
   autoMemberNum is now enabled by default.

- installer.pl prompts you for an initial library branch and printer.

- a few other bug fixes
