ok, this is a developper warning. Has been removed in CVS.

you probably forgot to enter an author, a title or an isbn BEFORE 
clicking on z3950 search.

* yes i agree it should be checked and not return an error. Enter a 
major bug in bugs.koha.org pls.
* yes it's poor that the isbn/title entered the screen before is not 
kept. Enter a normal bug in bugs.koha.org
