OK, but "on July 22, 2008 Mark Shuttleworth announced, at OSCON, that
the complete source code is expected to be released within the next 12
months"*. The suggestion was to completely shutdown translate.koha.org
and move everything to Launchpad, not to have two translation projects
simultaneously.

I'm not related to this project. It seems is from a Russian group.
