Quick reply (haven't looked at wiki edits yet):

1. The venue is booked and we're ready to go on that end.

2. I'm thinking it makes sense to go ahead, but to pull back our expectations a
bit, whether that's attendance, multiple tracks, shortening the day, etc.

I'll take a look at the wiki schedule and provide some more thoughts on
specifics when I have a chance, but my vote would be to scale it back a bit but
still go forward with it as a happy middle ground between cancelling or our
original plans.
