Hey Greg, I'm on the list, but I also happen to be the Technical Lead at CC. All of our JavaScript is weblabelled here: https://creativecommons.org/wp-content/themes/creativecommons.org/weblabels.html (linked from our About menu) I'd be curious to know where you found any Flash on our website. Piwik is being used in some parts of our site but if you have an issue with Google Analytics, you ought to be blocking it, and our site will work without it. We may eventually move entirely to Piwik, but any objection to Google Analytics really ought to apply to Piwik too.
the video on the main page was asking for flash, I see that has changed now.The Objection to Google Analaytics is that I do not and should not have trust a third party such as Google with my information. Piwik does not have this issue, most of the time (I believe there are Piwik hosters available).
