Bonjour Thomas, merci pour votre reponse :)
I know GPL is a very good license but I really don't think it is right
for me.
What do you think about GPL compatibility and FSF approval with my
proposed one? Is there already a license name for this?
I like your idea of donating to FSF and letting them defend me but I
really don't think even the FSF can stop people in certain countries. I
think the best solution is to slow the software's movement and then to
surrender any hopes of suing to protect it later.
" Anyone can burn DVD :) "
Yes. I don't want to lock people down, I am not worried if they make 10
copies and give them to the people they know. My concern is if there is
a download link and 1000 people download it, especially people who are
not my target end users like far away competitors.
I don't want to dual license. I use free software everyday and want to
return the favour. I need to tinker with a license but I don't want to
resort to closed source code.
Thanks again for answering
