[EN] We know that DRM are an integral part of the digital editions, the
question with the HTML5 is if you leave it at the mercy of the editors,
publishers, who can shape it in their own way, or rely on the W3C to
delimit the range of these integrations, by adopting distinct standards
(as the possibility of integrating or not the API's without harming the
final content)...

It is not for nothing that the big publishers of content (ebook, video,
gamer, etc.) interested in the work of the HTML5, as for DRM, even if it
means making lobbying,It is questions of passive marking, there are
already have JS and flash, without whom certain Web pages refuse to show
whatever it is, and the future of HTML5 without whom users will see more
nothing,  at limit an of static pages,

 HTML5 will be a pressure to which the free Software will be confronted,
but expect to see the results of the work of the W3C, and seeing the
guidelines that will be taken.

[FR] Nous savons que les DRM font partie intégrantes des éditions
numériques, la question avec le HTML5 c'est si on le laisse à la merci
des éditeurs, qui pourront le modeler à leur manière, ou bien compter
sur le W3C pour délimiter la portée de ces intégrations, en adoptant des
standards distincts (comme la possibilité d'intégrer ou non des API's
sans nuire au contenu final)...

Ce n'est pas pour rien que les gros éditeurs de contenus (ebook, vidéo,
gamer, etc.) s'intéressent aux travaux du HTML5, comme pour le DRM,
quitte à faire du lobbying, il y va du marquage passif, on a déjà JS et
flash sans qui certaines pages web refusent d'afficher quoi que ce soit,
et le futur du HTML5 sans qui les internautes ne verront plus rien, à la
limite des pages statiques,

Le HTML5 sera forcément une contrainte auquel le Logiciel libre sera
confronté, mais attendons de voir les résultats des travaux du W3C, et
voyons les orientations qui seront prises...
