For French speakers, there is some options. Here are the ones I know and use:

www.mailoo.org
www.openmailbox.org (very professional)

Both of them use only free/libre software and have Debian running their servers.

Short of implementing your own services which is what I'd say is ideal,
so far I've only found these functional and apparently reliable
alternatives:

** https://startmail.com/ (beta, by IXQuick and Startpage.com creators)
** https://fripost.org/index.en.html (maintained by FSF Europe fellows)

Any other suggestions, or comments about the above?
