Can you expand a little more about what this would look like? You mean
having some sort of network where you could send something like a PR,
file issues, etc. across nodes? It's worth noting that none of those are
a part of git itself, they're a part of the git hosting website.
FWIW something like this [has been suggested][1] in the context of
GitLab, and although the company hasn't dedicated any resources to it,
they said that they would accept patches.
