Produces a single note for me.  Even with 2.14.2:

I am marking this as "Needs-evidence".  If nothing is forthcoming in the  
next few days, it should be closed as "Invalid".

The commit messages suggest this has been fixed somewhere around 2.13.  If  
you are still seeing the problem, you might be running a version of  
LilyPond different from what you expect.
