Hi,

FWIW, here are the dependencies needed by the Debian package to compile :

libglib2.0-dev, libosip0-dev, libasound2-dev, libogg-dev, libspeex-dev, 
libxml-parser-perl, gtk-doc-tools, libgnomeui-dev, libgnome2-dev, 
gnome-applets, libpanel-applet2-dev

I guess you don't have them all installed on your box.
