Hello,

I uploaded a tarball of linphone:

This a preview release for next 3.3.0 release, that brings significant
improvements:
* new UI with tabs
* speex/32000 codec added
* do best effort to work with NATs (ie try to guess the proper local IP
address in case of multi-homed computers). As a side effect,
registration to ekiga.net now works !
* presence support is fully functional

Translations updates and bug reports are welcome.
