Hi Simon,
    I have ran the command as you mentioned below then I observed that in one Linphone PC it is running properly and showing the video but in another PC it is running but not showing the video and the log of not working PC is attached with this mail.

I have tried with older version of msx264 but same issue is coming.

Can you run this local test on both pcs (from linphone source tree):
./mediastreamer2/test/mediastream --local 8000 --remote 127.0.0.1:8000
--payload 102

This will capture video, encode, send as RTP, recv RTP, decode and
display. And please tell me if it works, on each PC.
