I think AMR-NB for linphone in windows is not supported,
in fact AMR-NB is availible only trough source code,
trying to get it running in ubuntu but no luck so far,
copiled opencore-amr and msamr codec for linphone but cannot see codec in list
also.
Someone know the issue here?
