Are you running linphone on laptop, desktop and mobile device?
Or is that where the call originates? I'm confused.
1. run linphone with a debugging log and a logfile (-d 6 -l
/tmp/linphone.log I think but I've not checked) to see what/when
linphone sees the call;
2. increase debugging on your network equipment to see what SIP
messages it's forwarding where when;
3. try same configuration, same software, same device, different
network - try using different networks with and without the same
uplink if possible;
4. try similar configuration, different software, same device, same
network.
I suspect your network equipment is interfering/misconfigured/both
but this should help narrow that down.
Sucks when networking does this, doesn't it? Good luck!
