[Linphone-users] adaptive rate control for Android

I find it helps to turn off adaptive rate control
for the desktop version.  On Android I cannot find
adaptive rate control or speed limit options.
Am I just looking in the wrong place?

If those controls are not there, is adaptive rate control
enabled by default on Android?

Could not find anything relevant with a search through
the archives.
