[Linphone-users] ERROR - Cannot record in mkv format

Hello.

I'm using Linphone Desktop v. 4.4.21 GUI on Debian 11 (bullseye).

When I place a voice-only call to a landline or mobile and I want to
record it, I push the record button to start, then  push to stop the
recording. At that point, I get a notification of the type:
YY-MM-DD_TIME_my-name_12-digit-number.mkv.

In Preferences, the Save Calls Folder  is set at  the default
/home/me/Documents/linphone/caputes.  However, the file is not found
there or anywhere else in the system.

The logs say:

[linphone/mediastreamer] ERROR Cannot record in mkv format, not
supported in this build.

Is there anything I can do on my part to solve this issue?
