Cover pages are now consistent for all formats except Reg D
individual. The cover page is numbered as the first page. The
decorative border formerly used on some cover pages has been
removed.
Almost all output files are now written to the configurable
printout directory, where PDF files have always been written. You
can customize that directory in the "File | Preferences" dialog.
For inforce composite illustrations, no supplemental report is
generated if it would have no columns.
