I thought everyone realized Lynx's treatment of textarea tags is a complete
kludge. It can't handle long entries, it doesn't really even handle short
entries properly. Do we even handle wrap=virtual at all?

In theory we could do something really nice with curses panels. 
It definitely doesn't qualify for "the usual if-it's-easy basis"
but it's probably worthwhile.
