like most other "official" things on the net, GNKSA is a group of
vigilantes whose intentions are pure (but they don't build up the
infrastructure). To the extent that people work on the newsreader
code, it's a useful guideline, but there's lots of things that are
more relevant to Lynx's function (web reader) that demand more
attention.
