Yet more functions that appear to be dead code:
HTAA_checkAuthorization
HTAA_composeAuthHeaders
HTAA_encryptPasswd
HTAA_getGid
HTAA_getUid
HTAA_startLogging
HTAA_statusMessage
HTAnchor_bookmark
HTAnchor_makeMainLink
HTAtom_templateMatches
HTCardinal
HTChunkEnsure
HTHistory_backtrack
HTHistory_canMoveBy
HTHistory_leavingFrom
HTHistory_moveBy
HTHistory_read
HTHistory_recall
HTHistory_record
HTLoadAnchor
HTSearchAbsolute
HTStyleSheetRemoveStyle
LYSkipCNonBlanks
SNACat
Based on this, I think I can safely advocate the complete eradication
of HTAAServ.c and HTHistory.c.
In the next week or so I should be able to get around to a more
sophisticated analysis of the dead code in lynx, using a graph algorithm
to look for unattached call trees.

Since English is a mess, it maps well onto the problem space,
which is also a mess, which we call reality. - Larry Wall
