Your choice of packet driver depends on how you are connected to the
internet. Unless you are dialing up directly through a modem, you almost
certainly need to consult your local network administrator.
Unfortunately you are in an area which ISPs hide by having their install
scripts set up the innards of Windows 95 automatically. DOS is much less
friendly not interesting to ISPs.
Packet drivers for all sorts of network cards, and for SLIP and PPP
dialup should be available from any good MS-DOS share/freeware CD or
Simtel/Simtelnet archives.
