It doesn't fit _perfectly_ were I have put it, but some allowances should
be made...

Putting it under "General Preferences" because it's not a tight match
elsewhere would be the first step in bloating the first section, again,
into a dumping ground of "everything else".  That's just what I was
trying to get rid of.  "General Preferences" should really mean
"General and Important Preferences", or "Preferences of General
Importance", although that seems a bit too verbose to me, so it's
just implied.

"X Display" is important only to a very small number of users; of
those who use X at all, there's only a few (maybe approaching 0) who
would have a need to change the DISPLAY while Lynx is running (as
opposed to: before startup).  Those users would have some more-
involved-than-usual X/networking setup, I think they can be expected
to look around a bit and find the Option in its less-than-ideal
place.
