TERM is set to screen. TERM=cygwin lynx gives the same error.
I replaced /etc/termcap (which didn't have a screen entry) by
termcap.src.gz from Thomas. The same.
Anyway, I think screen (which links to ncurses) uses terminfo.
It detected it during configure and added #define TERMINFO 1 to
config.h.
