That seems to mean that we should either add it as sa-iast-vedic.mim and
leave sa-iast.mim alone or not add it at all because Vishvas uses
ISO-itrans anyway. Are there other users besides Vishvas who want to use
sa-iast with Vedic accents? If it is unlikely that anybody would use it,
then better not add it.
