[Mldonkey-users] [Patch] Toggle browsing of share list

What about others browsing our share list? eMule has an option to hide
the share list already (and its enabled (==share hidden) by default)
There was already some discussion on this list how to handle this and
to make this an option in mldonkey too.

* Introduce new option to interface *allow_browse_share*
  Beware : Defaults to true (so in default config nothing is changed)
  When disabled no reply to BrowseFilesRequest is send

* Diff against *current* cvs
  (CURRENT_VERSION=2.01-3)
